Registering a WWBetika account is easy and takes less than 2 minutes. Click the Register, enter your Malaysia mobile number, set a strong password, and verify your number via the OTP code sent by SMS. The minimum age to register and play at WWBetika is 18 years old. This is an absolute requirement with no exceptions. WWBetika is committed to responsible gaming, and any account found to belong to a minor will be terminated immediately, with the remaining balance frozen in accordance with our policy.

No. Each individual is only allowed to hold one account only at WWBetika. Duplicate accounts may result in both accounts being suspended, and any bonuses received through multiple accounts will be voided. KYC verification is required before you can make your first withdrawal above a certain limit. You will need to upload a photo of your MyKad (front and back) along with a selfie holding your MyKad. Documents are processed within 1–3 business hours. Once KYC is approved, your daily withdrawal limit will be increased and your account will receive Verified status, which provides additional protection.

Go to page Login and click the "Forgot Password" link. Enter your registered phone number and you will receive an OTP code via SMS. After entering the correct code, you can set a new password. Deposits via FPX and digital wallets are typically credited instantly within 1–3 minutes. Standard bank transfers (manual) take 5–15 minutes depending on bank system traffic. If your deposit has not been credited after 30 minutes, save your payment receipt and contact WWBetika customer support with proof of transaction for immediate review.

Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after the request is approved. For accounts that have not completed KYC, there is a daily withdrawal limit of RM 5,000. KYC-verified accounts may withdraw up to RM 50,000 per day. Withdrawals via e-wallet are generally faster than bank transfers. All withdrawals are subject to a security review that takes an additional 10–15 minutes.

WWBetika does not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals. You receive the full amount you withdraw into your bank account or e-wallet. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, which are beyond our control. Please check with your financial institution for details on any applicable fees.

Withdrawal cancellations can only be made before the request is processed (usually within the first 10 minutes after the request is submitted). Once the withdrawal status changes to "Processing" or "Completed", cancellation is no longer possible. To cancel, go to the Transaction History section in your account and select the Cancel option if it is still available.
